Grace Ramirez

Paralegal

Grace is a paralegal on the litigation team at Aparicio Immigration Law where she assists clients on a diverse array of immigration matters, including family-based and removal defense cases.

Grace has experience assisting clients applying for a wide variety of immigration benefits including adjustment of status, unlawful presence waivers, U-nonimmigrant visas, Naturalization, VAWA, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), Employment Authorization, Asylum, and Cancellation of Removal cases.

Prior to joining Aparicio Immigration Law, Grace graduated Summa Cum Laude from Loyola University Chicago with a B.A. in Environmental Policy and a B.A. in Sociology. Loyola’s School of Environmental Sustainability awarded Grace the Aldo Leopold Award in recognition of her achievements in coursework, research, and service. Her honors research thesis analyzed the extent to which current U.S. Immigration programs could provide lawful status to individuals displaced by climate change.

When not at work, Grace enjoys baking vegan recipes, cheering on la Selección Mexicana, and spending time with her cat, Mia Colucci.
